Audit companies, financial advisors, in accordance with relevant legislation, Law firms, Third-party companies with whom we have a contractual relationship for providing online sales services, Banks and financial institutions, Legally authorized public institutions and organizations upon their requests and for the purposes of the requests.
- METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is collected within the scope of the explicit consent obtained through the website, various contracts, and all kinds of information forms, or based on other data processing conditions stipulated in the Law.
This information is acquired for the purposes of providing our commercial activities in accordance with the laws, ensuring the continuity of Gamo School Furniture’s commercial life, and fulfilling its legal responsibilities completely and accurately.
- RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS AS SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, each data subject has the right to apply to Gamo School Furniture by sending a notarized notification to the address specified above or by personally applying with identification in order to:
a) Learn whether personal data is processed or not, b) Request information regarding the processing of personal data if it has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, ğ) Request the remedy of damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
The communication channels and methods to exercise the aforementioned rights are detailed in the data controller’s application form on our website. Applications received by us are responded to within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the request reaches our Company, depending on the nature of the request. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee determined in the tariff by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied.
CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Adem Koç Plastik LTD. ŞTİ. (“Gamo School Furniture”) is the “data controller” within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”).
With this Consent Statement, Gamo School Furniture aims to obtain the explicit consent of its customers for the following situations where the conditions for the processing of personal data specified in the Law are not met.
In cases where explicit consent is not required, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Information Notice, and in cases where explicit consent is required, data processing is carried out in accordance with the fundamental principles stated in the Information Notice.
Therefore, Gamo School Furniture may process personal data for the following purposes:
Sending communication messages and emails regarding products, services, stores, and campaigns for sales, marketing, and promotional purposes, Determining my opinions and complaints about products and services, Profiling based on my preferences, hobbies, personal tastes, pages I visit, orders I place, and complaints I make, in order to provide more efficient and better services and to create reports, Conducting marketing activities, Establishing my membership processes, Sending printed materials for membership, promotion, and advertising purposes,
and personal data may be processed for these purposes and shared with the parties specified in the Information Notice.
